2009/10 Price List
> Onsite Repairs: Quick Fixes from £25, Standard rates: 1st Hour £40, then £20 per hour thereafter, for domestic customers.
> Onsite Fault Diagnosis: Sometimes the work required for a customer’s machine is not cost effective, or the equipment is beyond repair, in these instances there is a minimum service charge of £25 for diagnosis. For business customers the rates are £40 for the 1st hour, then £20 per hour thereafter.
> Fixed Price Workshop Repairs for Pc’s: £49 + Parts (if any). If your pc or laptop is in for a workshop repair, it’s also a good time to have upgrades fitted as there are no additional labour charges.
> Fixed Price Workshop Repairs for Laptops: Fixed Price £49 + Parts for all repairs, This includes any repair work that requires full disassembly of your machine (this includes dc power jack or usb socket repair). Please call for a quote. If your laptop is in for a workshop repair, it’s also a good time to have upgrades fitted as there are normally no additional labour charges.
> Pc/Laptop tune-up: From just £25 for up to 30 minutes onsite.
> Virus, Spyware and Adware Removal: Onsite: 1st hour £40 then £20 per hour thereafter OR fixed price workshop repair £49.
> Wireless Network Setup / Repairs: 1st hour £40 then £20 per hour thereafter, or a fixed price agreed in advance (please call for a quote).
> Add Computer To Existing Network Etc: From £25.
> Email Account Setup and Repair / Outlook Express or Windows Mail Problems: From £25 for quick fix OR 1st hour £40 then £20 per hour thereafter.
> Broadband Setup: From £25 (wireless networks/wireless broadband, please call and ask for a quote?).
> Desktop/Tower Pc Memory Installation: Normally £25.
> Laptop Memory Installation: From £25 – depends entirely on how much disassembly is required.
> Most other upgrades cost between £25 – £40.
Note
Please note that upgrading/replacing the primary hard drive in a computer requires a full software re-installation, this is normally done in the workshop and is included in the standard charge of £49+ parts.
Charges Clarified:
If the engineer diagnoses the problem onsite and then recommends a workshop repair, domestic customers will only be required to pay the fixed price workshop repair charge. Business customers may be required to pay for time spent on diagnosis, this will be: 1st hour £40 then £20 per hour thereafter.

Discount
We are aware that many households and businesses have several computers and/or multiple laptops. We normally offer up to 50% discount on workshop repair labour charges for additional work to other computers/laptops you own, provided the work is carried out at the same time, ie, all fixed together as one job.
Please be aware that prices listed here are merely an indication of what you can expect to pay for those particular services. As every job is different, you should call and get a quote for the work you require.
