We are a small group of customer focused, computer repair technician’s, based in North Down, we provide our services to domestic households and small business throughout Northern Ireland. We are pleased to offer a free collection & delivery service for all workshop repairs.

While we can’t help you with your warranty issues, we do provide a complete laptop repair service with free collection/delivery anywhere within Northern Ireland, for a fixed charge of just £49 +parts for ANY laptop repair! Collection is usually within 24 hours and repair time is normally 3-5 working days, some faults can be repaired onsite.

> Laptop Dc Power Jack / Socket Repairs – a common problem with laptops, this type of repair can only be carried out in the workshop as the solution requires a full disassembly of the laptop. The standard price for this type of repair is £49 plus parts, and we offer a free collection and delivery service within Northern Ireland.
> Laptop Power Supply Problems – Laptop Chargers/Power supplies are not normally cost effective to repair, but we can supply a replacement power supply for most laptops/netbooks for £29 including delivery within 1-3 days.
> Slow Windows Vista Problems / Vista Takes 30+ Minutes To Startup! – This is a common problem and we provide a range of low cost solutions to solve these Windows Vista issues. If it takes your pc or laptop more than ONE minute to load, it would benefit from a memory upgrade and a simple tune-up.
> Constant / Obtrusive System Popups and Warnings Etc. – A quick fix for this and many other common problems is included in our Pc/Laptop tune-up service, one of our mobile engineers will come to your home or business and carry out the work.
> Virus, Spyware and Adware Removal. – Many of these issues can be fixed onsite, but it can be a time consuming task, so if we think its going to take several hours to fix the problem, we will offer you the fixed price workshop repair option. This option will limit the labour charge to a maximum of £49 and there are normally no parts required for this type of repair.
> Wireless Network Setup / Repairs / Add Computer To Existing Network Etc. – We provide a full wireless network installation service and can also repair your wireless network if you’re experiencing problems. We can also add a new computer or laptop to your existing wireless network. Please refer to the price list page to see a general list of prices for these services.
> Laptop and Desktop Computer Boot Problems / Pc Won’t Boot Etc. – Problems of this type normally require diagnosis and can be time consuming, our fixed price workshop repair option will take the worry out of large repair bills.
> Email Account Setup and Repair / Outlook Express or Windows Mail Problems. – Having problems setting up your email? Or can’t send or receive email, we can solve these issues for you. Please refer to the price list page to see a general list of prices for these services.
> Broadband Setup / Internet Problems / No Internet or Intermittant Service. – Please refer to the price list page to see a general list of prices for these services.
> New System Setup – Just bought a new computer and need help getting started? Give us a call and we’ll get you up and running in no time at all.
> Software Installation & Troubleshooting – Having problems installing a new software program, or can’t get that new hardware driver to work? We know all those little windows quirks and can fix most problems of this nature.
> Windows Upgrades, Downgrades & New Installs - Help is available for Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows Xp, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
> Printer Setup – Need help to set up your new printer?, Having software or driver issues? or maybe you just need a cartridge changed? We can help with many printer issues, but we do not normally replace integrated hardware components within the printer.
We are aware that many households and businesses have several computers / laptops. We normally offer up to 50% discount on workshop repair labour charges for additional work to other computers/laptops you own, provided the work is carried out at the same time.
